Cancellation by participants

 

  • Up to 60 Days Before the Retreat: 80% of the total amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 20% will be retained to cover administrative expenses. 
  • Between 59 and 30 Days Before the Retreat: 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover incurred and administrative expenses.
  • Less Than 30 Days Before the Retreat: No refunds will be provided. However, the reservation may be transferred to another person, subject to notification and approval by the organization.

 

Cancellation by the Organization:

 

  • Due to Causes Attributable to the Organization: Participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer the total amount paid to a similar retreat at a future date.
  • Due to Circumstances Beyond the Organization's Control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies, pandemics): A 50% refund will be offered, or the participant may choose to attend a future retreat, subject to availability.

 

Interruption of the Retreat:

  • For Reasons Beyond the Organization's Control (such as weather or security emergencies): No refunds will be provided for unused days. However, a 20% discount will be offered for a future retreat.

 

Changes to the Reservation:

  • Change of Date or Withdrawal: One change is allowed at no additional cost up to 30 days before the start of the retreat, subject to availability. Additional changes will incur an administrative fee of 10% of the total amount paid.

 

    Booking Transfer: Transfers to another person are allowed up to 15 days before the start of the retreat, provided the new participant meets the retreat's requirements and the organization is notified in advance.

 

No Show:

  • If the Participant Does Not Show Up on the Start Date: No refund will be provided, and the booking cannot be transferred to another date or person

Additional:

  • The participant understands and agrees that no refunds will be made once the retreat has started.
  • The participant is responsible for their physical/personal integrity, their body, and their practice, as well as their personal belongings. Stop, Camp & Heal and PuraVan will not be responsible for any injury or accident that occurs during the retreat.
  • The participant understands and agrees that the content of the program designed for this retreat, printed and digital material, is the intellectual property of Stop, Camp & Heal and cannot be used for other purposes without written authorization from one of our legal representatives.
  • The participant understands and agrees that the name, image, and logo are the intellectual property of Stop, Camp & Heal & Puravan.
  • The participant understands and agrees that they must not use the name or image of Stop, Camp & Heal and Puravan for commercial or advertising purposes without the express written approval of one of the legal representatives of Stop, Camp & Heal and Puravan.
  • The participant understands and agrees that general photos and videos of the retreat may be used for demonstrative and marketing purposes.
