As a ritualist, yoga instructor, and somatic coach, she weaves ancestral and contemporary practices to support healing and self-discovery.

Hailing from Heredia, Costa Rica, Maria José creates spaces where creativity connects with identity, memory, and spirituality. Through art therapy, she guides women—especially those who have experienced hysterectomy—helping them redefine their stories through introspection and artistic creation. Inspired by nature, colors, and body connection, her work fosters self-discovery and well-being through art.
